About Me
I was born in a small town in Siberia, where winter temperatures would often fall below -50°C. It was a place that taught resilience early — a mindset that would later define both my life and career.
After high school, I moved to Tomsk to study graphic design, before continuing my education in Moscow. Driven by a desire to grow internationally, I later came to Singapore to pursue Business studies — a decision that ultimately changed the course of my life.
I began my career as a UI/UX Designer in a real estate technology company, where I discovered a deeper calling — not just to design systems, but to help people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives: finding a home and building their future through property.
With over 5 years of experience in Singapore’s real estate market, I have worked extensively with international clients — particularly expatriates and investors — guiding them through relocation and high-value property decisions. Over the years, I have been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Top International Agent, Top Producer, and other consistent performance recognitions, reflecting both performance and long-term client trust.
Before joining Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in a boutique agency, where I was involved in operations, client management, and social media strategy — building a strong foundation that continues to support my work today.
Today, I am developing HADJY Corporation as my personal brand — combining international perspective, market expertise, and a highly personalized, concierge-level approach to real estate.
Importantly, my understanding of property goes beyond advisory. I invest in real estate myself, together with my family, which gives me a practical, investor’s perspective on every recommendation I make — balancing lifestyle, risk, and long-term value with the same care I apply to my own decisions.
